Diane White Diane White is the Vice President of Operations at the Field Museum. She is responsible for the strategic planning and oversight of Guest Relations, Protection Services, Housekeeping, Mail Room, Print Shop, and Food and Vending Services. Ms. White joined the Museum in December 1990 with more than 10 years of progressive management experience in customer-oriented, labor-intensive environments. Ms. White has a Bachelor of Science in Management from Northeastern Illinois University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Benedictine University. She teaches a course in customer service at National-Louis University in Chicago.
